This is don't know what century already, every service will have paynow, can tell me phone never bring and force me pay by cash. I said not enough cash, and he shouted at me why never inform pay by paynow, lazy go car. First and foremost you are a service provider, must always have paynow ready in case customer not enough cash, this is basic service. Next time tell your driver to always have paynow ready in case customer need to pay by paynow. I'm not going to patronize from this company again, been a long time customer, but the very rude driver is too much.

Might as well don't deliver. Operator claims that driver did try to call me, which no one called. Operator said she doesn't know if driver is telling the truth. So who is lying?

And I was told that my tube was expired and it would be dangerous since they're only supposed to be used for 5 years and had no idea since our tank guys usually don't say anything about it. Union Gas Uncle (not sure of his name but thank you so much, I'm sorry for the miscom) & customer support (Hailey) had been patient with us & gave us more understanding on the standards of systems in gas safety & I just want to give credit that Union Gas is truly a really safe & reliable gas source for homes, thank you so much for your service! PS Delivery was fast & efficient too!
B	Bingxin Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very terrible service .I was booked a gas 1 day ago select 4to6pm delivery. at 5pm I call in to check, says on the way. at 6pm call in and check again, say too much orders ,sent in another driver for delivery. and now still waiting so what is the purpose of booking ? what is logistic managemen? my lazada purchase can reach earlier. really hope there is a zero star.
