★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order from Grab at 7:27 pm. Restaurant decided to cancel the order at 8:27 pm. When contacted Grab they said that restaurant doesn’t accept grab orders and that the restaurant didn’t inform Grab about this earlier. Didn’t even bother to cancel the order right away. Worst management ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was introduced to this ZhiChar place by a family member. Apparently, they just started operation at this location in September. We were there around 8pm and there wasn’t much diners, therefore food was served promptly.
Food was quite delicious. All of us enjoyed it. Most importantly it wasn’t too expensive. However, it pretty inaccessible as its located deep in the industrial area.
