β β β β β To be honest this shop sells some nice kids clothings and shoes. Just too bad.. cos of their poor customer service I am not going back. Very disappointing. To the sale lady (Long pony hair): you knew the customer has the same item bought somewhere else, please do not assumed She wonβt buy again from your shop. Came to your shop cos of the nice products. Intended to get it again. Asked you nicely and we received bad attitude reply.

waited 1 month for flower girl dresses and staff claimed that supplier messed up orders twice-- first for delivering wrong sizes and second for delivering in the wrong colour despite having promised that all sizes are possible once a custom order is made. We had paid fully for all the dresses and was only informed one week before the wedding that the supplier had 'messed up again'. When we called to enquire, staff was rude , unapologetic and made inconsistent claims. Additionally shouting at us for calling prematurely to check on the orders (which should have been the right of the customer), and claiming that she does not need 'small orders like this that is at her expense of additional coordination with supplier.'

β β β β β Another one bite the dust. I do not usually review non food related topics. However getting to see traditional retail closing really tingle my heart. Closing down sale at a heartland shopping mall. It's probably an end of an era for these small , medium enterprises.. in these difficult times . I bump into my neighbor one day and I commented her toddler dress very nice. She told me she got it there below 10 SGD and I'm amazed at this kind of pricing. I ask her the location as I'm curious. When I was told where it's located I'm wondering could this business survive ? I was beside this shop today while waiting for my dinner order nextdoor. Saw the closing down sale. Rather sad for this SME. By the way in regards for rude customer service , I enquired my neighbor in regards to the service standards. She say it's ok.
