Bought a COE Mercedes Benz C180 from United Motoring, the salesperson, Desmond was super efficient. Handed all my queries, got what was promise. View car on Monday, collected my car on Wednesday evening.

Purchased a vehicle from Jasper a few weeks back. They are very understanding with all of my enquiry and issue I have. During paperwork he explain stuff in detail very trustworthy. Thanks to Jasper and the Boss for all of your work.

cheat yr $, break promises, point finger to blame buyer for confusion caused etc . Advertising $28.8k but sell to me with $200 more! I was convinced by their ultimate promises and saying it was best discounted price when i simply dropping by to view the car only. The attached STA evaluation report did not forward to me but just informing graded B with selected pages via whatapps only. I was not aware until i got the report upon purchasing. They did not fix the faulty issues nor polishing, cleaning the interior of car + my air con is not cold!!!! Sketch picture as attached too! Worst Salesman, Alan Tam did not explain and fulfilled his duty to do paperwork properly. We waited 1.5-2hrs standing there to see him doing paperwork. Yet, He's the one who calculated wrongly and road tax was not included, still pointing finger i denial to give the road tax amount. He even twisted the word that I was called to view the car that's why many things never do because of my last minutes showing up???!!!! Mine deposit was 20Aug, why should i view the car on 17Sep??!!! after 1 month long? He even adding salt & vinegar upon you instead. I want them to fix the problem of my car, then pay the balance of road tax... but Alan Tam saying those words to make you feel wrong & guilty instead after he's aware I am a woman whom buying car 1st time. He even threaten to cut your car insurance, who the hell he is?! Not pleasant deal at all.

I recently purchased a coe c180k from jasper, United motoring pte ltd. Even when I did not buy the warranty package from them, they still change a gearbox for me as before the agreement was made they assure that no engine or gearbox problem. I am very happy with they're service. Very steady! The boss, Johnson was very steady and understand my position. No lemon law no warranty but they still change for me ????

Look for Zac, Roy or Desmond. Their service is excellent and they provide great after and before sales service. I am satisfied with my newly bought BMW and they kept to their promises of fixing whatever I wished to change in the vehicle before purchasing it. The boss, Johnson is also a friendly person. Highly recommended for purchasing of 2nd hand vehicles. Prices are reasonable and the exterior are often refurbished into a sports look.

Enquired and showed interest. Salesman was not motivated and replies seem like they were judging the size of your pocket and didnt even want to deal.

Jasper is the best salesman I ever encountered. He answered to all of my enquiries immediately and he even deliver my car right to my door step even tho I ended my work late. He told me everything about the price clearly. No hidden charges or whatsoever. Hassle and problem free. Thank you so much! :)
