Service - Returning the keys during odd hours is a plus point as compared to other retailers. Deposit is returned the next working day after checking the car for damages.
Car - Rented the Volvo S80 2015 series. Everything is working well.
Managed to retain a little fragrance of the 'new car' smell.
Petrol and rental pricing -
Paid $150 for 1 day of rental excluding petrol.
There are 7 bars of petrol on the electronic display when full tank. Used up 1 bar and it cost me $60 which is very ex compared to other premium cars which cost at most $15-25 for that 1 bar.
Although they provide discounts of up to $64/day for those renting for 1 month, there is no discount for 1 day rental. Hence , hope 'Ride Now' company can provide discounts for 1 day rental customers to cover maybe about 20-30% of petrol fees. Discounts applicable to only returning or loyal customers.

Travis always recommends the car to suit the customers needs. The car is clean and always in good condition. The place is also very convenient to my workplace and my home too. Just want to say a big thank you to Travis and his team for being so friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS LAH THIS TRAVIS SEAH! rented a car in February for a month expecting 30 days but only after I collected the car I then realised that Feb has 29 days in the working calendar hence, not a full 1 month rental, -1 day short & when I contacted Travis to enquire about it, he gladly extended my rental For Free an extra day just so I can have my full 30day experience! On top of that, the car that I received was thoroughly cleaned both interior & exterior, best condition in my experience so far! 6 stars bro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended by a friend to try Ride Now. Have a great experience with the service. The rental details are clear and the response are fast too. I manage to make the booking 2 weeks prior my booking. Car was very well maintained and clean, the service were very good. I forget to bring a cash card. and the staff loan me one of his spare for my whole rental. Payment process were smooth and the staffs were very friendly. Would definitely come back to rent again! ??

I spoke to Travis, lo and behold he showed me a few cashcards under RideNow custody and one of it belongs to me still with a value Sgd32 in the card. Truly honest staff and professional service. Definitely will recommends RideNow to my family and friends...

They are transparent with their pricing and service, where the process from reservation to collection to the actual drive was super smooth. Mr Travis was super patient and responsive, providing me with the necessary documents so I could drive off with ease. Thumbs up to Ride Now and their friendly service. ?
Also, The Mazda 2 Sedan was super dope and new.
