โ โ โ โ โ Have an unpleasant experience this afternoon at 13:36 when making purchases. Unity store did not put up "payment for pharmacy items only". Was rejected twice rudely for one of my purchase as there is no price tag by cashier Lau FW which has came off by itself. Rudely asked me where the pants came from. Pharmacist came to the rescue saying next time to pay non-pharmacy items at L1 as Unity cashier is not obligated to assist with NTUC items payment. Stupid arrangement of cashier counters.

โ โ โ โ โ I arrived at NTUC at 2125 hours and waited till 2158 hours for the Telepharmacist to pick up the call to no avail. The poor cashier had to stand there and call while being unable to complete her own duties. Unity, if you want to implement a new initiative, please make sure there are enough staff to man the lines to make the process smoother for the customer and your staff.
