Called in to the call center.. Waiting time is very long. Even for private, waiting time is 2-3 hours

@ the myopia clinic in SNEC Bedok Clinic. Waiting time was minimum, staff are professional.

The waiting time for diagnosis and consultation is pretty fast. If you have an appointment and arrived 15 minutes before the appointment, the waiting time for diagnosis and consultation would be around 5 to 10 minutes. Depends on the complexity of your eye conditions, you might have to be in the clinic for couple of hours to do various test. Your eyes might need to be dilated, hence, it is advised that you don't drive on the day of appointment. The cost of consultation varies depending on whether you have referral letters from public clinic and/or hospitals. If there's referral letters, the cost of treatment and consultation will be much cheaper. The staffs and doctors are generally friendly and kind. However, there are times where they are less impatient with the unaccompanied elderly. Particularly, the optometrists, opticians and other allied services.

Parents waited for visual room check dispute appointment. The file was raised after a check with the nurse! Not during self-registration. Disappointed with the processes..

Made an appt for 1pm and i see the doctor strolling in at 1.30pm. There were at most 3-4 patients, very empty. Wasted a lot of time waiting and when finally go into consultation, doctor couldnt diagnose anything. Consultation fee is 100 plus as well and nothing was diagnosed

Pretty fast and efficient if you have an appt. Just ensure arrive 10-15mins earlier. The exact location is on the 3rd floor above NTUC ( same building ). The lift is located near the ATM machine.

Eye doctor is very patient with me and waiting time while having an appointment is very reasonable. I get rly jittery and flinchy around eye equipment but doctor is very understanding. My condition improved significantly since I been here as compared to a private eye specialist. Good place to see eye doctor.

Representative is nice. Waiting time super horrible, 1.5 hrs while the center only have 4 patients. While want to collect and made payment the rep speak very fast and give black face when being ask for clarification. Not sufficient eye drop when I wanted to take all...thats kinda funny. There is a notes we shouldn't be rude to medical officer. But medical officer can be rude to us.
