No hard selling, only solely on what you need, giving the deceased their best send off. 3. Entire proceeding is as though like living in that moment. Managed to spend our final precious moment with our beloved dad. 4. There is no need for any additional planning, every little part even the smallest details like preparing small gestures to relatives and friend were prepared. 5. Details after actual wake proceeding were clearly given. Prompt instructions were given on daily basis so as not to load the family with too much details. 6. A team of professional and compassionate crews handle the entire proceeding well even with current pandemic restrictions. All under great leadership from Funeral Director - Mr William Tan. We had engaged Unity Casket to be the undertaker for my FIL who had passed on. William personally came down to the hospital to assist us and his team had been very helpful and assist us during the wake. William will come down to see if there's a problem being reported. He will also advise us what needs to be done after the funeral. They are even with us on the day for ash collection and help to arrange the offerings during the prayer time in the temple. Their service is superb and thanks for all the help!
