Pop by Unity Pharmacy at HarbourFront Centre to get some necessities. Was initially glad to walk into a store with chirpy voice of the employees. Hence, as soon as I reach the cashier I myself greeted with a happy “Hello” to the cashier but no response. So then I said thank you after paying, still no response & I greeted her with Thank you and Bye, again no response. It’s as if I was talking to myself or the walls of the pharmacy. As soon as I step away from the cashier, they immediately started talking with each other. I’m like come on, I haven’t even left the shop yet. Where’s the standard manners of hello or bye when greeted by someone. Am only giving the one star for the product availability. Really a terrible shopping experience here. It’s like you left the shop feeling you are worse than the dust on the floor.

A really rude and terrible experience at Unity Pharmacy. The Unity is on the way as you go into Fair Price. I was walking in and taking a look at some of the Avene products on special. One staff member was helping another customer and they were discussing the products. The STAFF member pretty much pushed me aside and backed herself into me whilst serving this other customer. How incredibly RUDE! No apology and no consideration. I mentioned it to another staff member in the pharmacy who didn’t seem to care very much. Wow, great job unity nice to know how much you value your customers.
