★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM shop. Advertised on Shopee sell Samsung Tab A7 T505 64GB for $309. Thought it was a good deal & ordered from them on 17 Nov. Got 32GB instead. My order is linked to their live advertisement. Their advert changed, so no way to trace back the previous listing they put up. Better don't patronise this shop.

Received the phone fast.But when I turned on the phone, there was no usual set-up that ALL NEW samsung phones have, it immediately went to the home menu (as if someoone has already set up the phone). Contacted them again to clarify this, but NO REPLY AT ALL! AFTERSALES IS EXTREMELY BAD and it seems like they BLOCKED me on whatsapp too. Disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is a scam. Don’t ever buy anything here. Ordered a cheap Nokia 6300 phone and it came with rusted panels. Ordered from lazada and they want me to physically go down for exchange. Haven’t even used the phone just unboxed and found the condition. I then asked for refund and they refused. The phone they sell you are likely defective and used , judging judging from other bad reviews seen here. Should have checked before buying from them.

You just need one simple answer to let the customer know how long need to wait/need take how long/able to deliver or customer can come shop to collect or not also cannot answer? That is why you make yourself busy, because customer need to chase for your answer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 Samsung Tab via Carousel and the seller promise to delivery the items at the same day max 9:30pm. No news until the next morning, cant contact via WA as well. The seller replied around 12pm and inform the courier got problem with the motorcycle. I insisted to refund then the seller said they will delivery soon and yes, they delivery at late night after i said i want to refund.
