Bought a chain and last than 6 mths barely using it and the chain has gone lose. Go back to the shop and feedback to Mr An** and he gave me the nicest comment that I must have applied violence to it.. Oh my. Pls I hope u guys read this review and never buy from them. Don't let them cheat ur hard earned money!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I AGREE there are Lowest gold price in Singapore but i think THERE ARE VERY HIGH MAKING CHARGES IN THE WORLD I bought 9gms bracelet they charge me $165 making charges I'm very disappointed after i came home , Is der a negative rating i would give them , Overall, The staff needs to improve self on handling customers..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a ring yesterday but they have gave me another one by mistake. I only realised after coming home. When I went there the next day and told what happened, they weren’t ready to give me the one that I payed for.
Even though I’m being a regular customer for them, I could understand their intention. They were intentionally telling higher price for the one that I chose yesterday.
I will never go there ever again. Even though it’s their mistake that they switched the different ring accidentally, they didn’t resolve the problem. the way handled the issue was not really good.
