The website and its statement impressive. Shop name impressive. Service at shop bad. Knowledge of products bad. Staff attitude bad. Really felt let down. The fact that they only acknowledge good reviews here, shows their attitude towards a better service. Initially gave 2 stars. Reduced to 1 star after looking at their non response to bad reviews.

We recently went to this shop to buy all the bathroom fittings for our new BTO as we already visited this shop once and few more shops as well. But we ended up NOT buying even a single item as the service was very bad. The staff who attended us did not seem to show interest and was very judgemental answered our questions in one word. Due to this bad service we changed our mind and decided not to buy even a single item.

Excellent service provided by Jason who attended to us. He provided prompt update to us upon getting information on availability of sink and given excellent recommendation for lighting and fan selection. Thumbs up ??.

I simply stepped in to check on prices and the products available.. no intention to buy anything but I ended up buying all the bathroom stuffs for my house. Shaw Ping was the salesperson who attended me.. she wasn't pushy..instead waited patiently for me to choose what I want. I am also very thankful to Basera who refunded my money on a purchase of a marble washbasin which I had to return as my husband didn't like the colour.. but I must say it was really beautiful. I would definitely recommend Bacera for their service and price.

Scheduled the delivery 12.30-1.30pm but when i came at 12.20, the bathtub is already there. The signature column was empty, seems like their delivery guy is lazy their company didn’t even try to call me or my wife. The bathtub quality is so and so, didn’t even try to clean it before sending. Super dusty, terrible experience.

Staff Shaw Ping was helpful. My husband couldn't find the sink displayed in their showroom but Shaw Ping helped him to find that fit our sink. Installation carried out by Mr Heng's workers worth recommending & mentioning. They did a good job. Keep it up.

I ordered a basin online and it turns out my Plumber refused to install it for me as he said it cannot fit. Instead of spending time and effort to provide me with alternative solutions, my Plumber reprimanded me for the wrong purchase and waste of his time and effort to make the trip to my place. Note: We had him to help replace a mirror cabinet for another toilet instead and paid him as per his quote. I was very traumatised by his reprimands and at the same time worried about what I should do with the wrong basin. I did not read the T&Cs in my Invoice and am not sure if Bacera allows return/replacement. According to my Plumber, I will not be able to find a suitable replacement for my current setup ? Oh dear, so what am I going to do with the basin?? I decided to try my luck. I looked up my order confirmation email from Bacera and contacted Shaw Ping to explain my issue. I was actually surprised that she is so dedicated in listening, understanding and helping me solve my issue. She went through the efforts to help me find out the ‘back’ measurements of various basins that I have newly identified as ‘potential replacement’ of my current setup. We corresponded through numerous WhatsApp pics and phone calls to try determine if those basin could really fit. Finally, we found one and Shaw Ping also kindly recommended their in-house Plumber to assist me. She assured me that their Plumber is a Mr Nice Guy. Sure he is! He is so gentle, professional and neat in his job. Very friendly and approachable man. My replacement is finally completed successfully. No words can describe how much I appreciated Shaw Ping and their Plumber’s kind assistance with my issue. My most sincere gratitude to both of you. Bacera is blessed to have both of you. I will not hesitate to visit Bacera again for future purchases too. Thank you! ? Highly recommend Bacera to everyone and do consider engaging their in-house Plumbing service. The rates are competitive to market rates plus you are assured of good services provided by a very responsible and professional Plumber.
