 It’s disappointing. I don’t even know how to transfer deposits on a regular basis. Bank staff don’t understand the situation and deal with funds casually. It’s unimaginable that the staff here are of low professionalism. I don’t know any terms and just give customers random suggestions. Believe in Bank of China, real-name complaints against the staff of the branch service at 15:00 on July 29, 2020

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trying to go there for my account opening, seen I saw it at their website tat write foreign just need to bring along the document and money open account,when I reach there tat a queue number and wait an hour already,until my turn ,the girl say wp holder cannot be opening their account..But seen my friend just open a new account form them ,but when I go they say not accepted,is there different branch different treat???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good n fast efficient service. Along the sane floor is the foodfare coffee shops offering many varieties of foods. Using ntuc membership to get good discounts. On one floor up is the cinema and ntuc fun place. There are many empty spaces for one to crowds around n rest.
