The working efficiency is extremely poor, and the current savings account opening business cannot be completed in half an hour. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your branch at Bedok Mall has the first bank teller i ever experienced with 'care less' attidue. No smile, no greetings... I was looking for counter 3 but your signage looks v misleading.. Being e only customer standing there, she couldn't be bothered to reach out to me. I sat on her counter, she didnt tell me what i need to produce and carried on with her checks on paper like i am invisible. Then i gave her my NRIC, she did what she needed to and gave me instructions without any 'please' finished what is needed to be done. Not a single thank you, so i felt i didnt need to nice to such service personnel too. As if i am there to feel her attitude. Gosh please train your staff better, for sure she is definitely not fit to be a front line service personnel.
