โ โ โ โ โ I have queued for one hour from 1255pm to now 1402hr the line outside moved up two customers. Can't see what's happening inside. But can you place more staffs at the counters?
There are still 12 customers ahead of me and 18 customers behind me as at now.
Can you please improve your service? Consider open more branches.
