β β β β β Asked people to wait outside without any clarification, if I didn't know to get an e ticket online I'd have stood there till sunset. Not that getting inside helped - clueless staff that could barely do anything beyond asking you to call hotline.

β β β β β Worst brunch! I took # an hour 3.30 pm, there are 5 customers ahead of meβ¦. I still need to wait for an hour. The brunch is not crowded at all! Very in efficient!
