★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Lot 1 today 1520hr 6th Dec, I wanted to order few fried rice for my colleagues. But I dam very disappointed with the guy at the counter shouted at me say must wait 30min you want or not. I tell myself why must eat your rice and get scolded. BAD SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udon is so wet and soggy, combine with a weird taste. Guess udon is not my favourite anymore. Wok hey standard has drop drastically.

If only they can keep the price down a little for more to enjoy their fried rice.. if only.
And IF, they can include level of salt preference in the ordering menu, that will be really helpful for people with the need for lesser salt intake..
But otherwise, Wok Hey, your fried rices are pretty good ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plain fried rice is pure garbage, they don't even put salt. The rice starts to smell and taste like the box they pack in. I have health concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a beef fried rice thinking it would finish preparing fast since the sign said 10 to 20 mins waiting period.... I waited nearly 50 minutes for a single order!.... im not sure how long it takes to make a single order but the amount of boxes waiting to get packed was increasing as i just waited. i might have seen a worker also using his phone at one point and the person at the counter didnt call out orders if they were next to her either... poor time management..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time too long. It was indicated as 10-20 minutes but instead it took 30-40 minutes. Next is the ingredients, I added 1 dollar asparagus but the cook is so stingy, only a few extremely thinly sliced asparagus is placed inside and it became like spring onion. The first outlet with asparagus like that! When I ordered wok hey elsewhere, they are usually very generous with the asparagus and they come in full stalks and in abundance. What a waste of a 1 dollar add-on! Please improve on these 2 points.
