went there at about 8.45am 26/10/2021 and the auntie there was rude and speak to us very loudly and it make us feel very embarrassed, totally no customer service and the auntie said that we need to place order first before going in to find a seat but hello we were carrying the food like it is werid that your staff are not train well and no customer service! the auntie also expect us to help her clear the food and yes i know we should clear also but she doesnt have to be rude and we do know what we have to do !

Requires that you order and pay first, before they confirm whether there are seats for you. If it turns out that there are no seats, you are stuck since you have already paid.

Love the fact tt they break the egg n serve. Saves the hassle of having over cooked or under cooked half boiled eggs. Small space. Even smaller now with the distancing.

1)Rude auntie asking us to buy first before sitting. Understand it can be your policy. But first state it clearly or put up a sign. But no such notices, at least it is not noticeable. Rude auntie proceeded to shout that u must buy first before sitting... 2)Dirty place. Blocked seats due covid became their storage spaces. And the whole place is messy, dirty and with many flies flying around.

Very weird store policy to have to order first before getting a seat (I was alone so ‘everyone’ would have been present). The woman who chased me out was also very rude with her clarification. So I went on to queue to order and when it was my turn, the cashier said that the store was full and I would have to wait to get a seat. So I asked her how long the wait would be and she said she was unsure - sometimes it can be fast and sometimes it can take very long. I was super hungry already and they really didn’t bother to try to help the customer. Terrible queue management coupled with poor customer service. I love Ya Kun but it’s unfortunate that this outlet has a bad store policy and staff with poor attitude. Update: Went to the Jem outlet and their store policy made so much more sense. FIND A SEAT FIRST THEN ORDER (also got a double egg yolk here so my story ended semi-happy.)

Was casually enjoying coffee and toast but was asked to leave even though the store is empty. Very rude customer service. Staff seen chatting loudly and enjoying themselves. And will stare at you once you finished your toast.

Absolutely the worst F&B outlet i've ever been to 1) Just sat down and had to use laptop to settle very impt work but the lady forcing me to order before doing my work and the queue was long. 2) Ordered my food and was doing work, put my tray on another table as not enough space for my laptop and tray on a single table and they came again to say no cuz other people need the table. The outlet had more than half empty.... 3) When collecting my toast, there were many other plates on the tray and i didn't know which was mine and they were very rude. Unbelievable service
