★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the UOB Branch @ Serangoon Garden Way to do a withdrawal over counter on 11 May 2021 around noon. I was attended by the Ms. Eileen Lee, she was very professional and patience with me with my request. She even shared with me that UOB bank offered the lowest housing loan rate in town and whether or not I have a need that she could help me with. I was quite please with the piece of information even though I do not need. I had an enjoyment moment and felt pleasant with her services and warm smile. Keep up the good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was slow and not responsive. I waited at the reception counter as the first customer in the queue for about 30 minutes without anyone approaching.
The staffs simply got glued to their seats without caring. I think the Certis security guard at the branch is doing a better customer service than them.
