Very helpful staff. Spend 15 mins helping my old mother

I came in on a Saturday for ATM card related issue. Was expecting long queue since I came in 30mins after opening but there was surprising no queue at all, not sure if it’s due to Covid tho. But the crew were nice and got my issue solved within a few mins. Grateful for the experience ??

Made an appointment to draw new notes for CNY, but still waited an hour as only two out of four counters were open. Kinda defeat the purpose of making an appointment isn’t it? ?

Worst bank teller (Pearl) i have ever encountered, her manager wasn't much better either. Lackadaisical attitudes, kept frowning and saying my forms were incorrectly filled in a rude 'aunty' way, you get the feeling that they just want to do the simple tasks and no challenging ones please. Aren't they supposed to assist instead of complaining to their customers? They need some customer service training. I think this little residential branch need some restructuring. I left and went to the HQ at Chulia Street and was met with so much respect and efficiency, no issues got my company bank account done within 20mins by a polite and young team. Can't believe the difference between both branches of the same bank. Indeed a poor representative can cause the good name of OCBC to stumble. I proceeded to transfer most of my funds to another bank.

Good service from teller, but the waiting times on a weekday is simply too long. Took more than an hour in queue to do a transaction. OCBC should make sure their internet services are good enough that clients aren't forced to visit the branches for unnecessary transactions.

Only 1 counter open (counter for corp acct ) during lunch hour and the counter got to give priority to Corp guest so non corp guest have no clue when they will be service. Better staffing arrangement need to look at here

Wanted to share the efficiency of the staff at the entrance door and the staff who served me. There was no crowd when I visited the bank around 11.30 to 12noon yesterday (12 march). The person who infront of my queue number took a long time as the counter staff managed to explain to him. The staff at the front door saw my dilemma as I was walking to and fro to see my car since I left my child in the car and the carpark attendant was there during that time. She quickly called another staff to serve me as I just wanted to change my token. The staff who attended to me, used his own mobile phone (my handphone was in the car) to guide me about the token matters etc. I was pleased with the services offered to me even though it was only getting information. Truly appreciate the service of the 2 staff and wanted to thank them. In my rush, I didn't even get their names (staff from Serangoon gardens branch)

Was taken aback by the lack of customer service from the point I stepped in. The security(?) was busy chatting with someone who looked like a banker and ignored all the customers who walked in. We had to ask him for the queue number, when he should’ve been the one to ask what services we needed. The teller did what was necessary but just passed me the payment slip when the transaction was done, without saying anything. I had to ask her if that was it, and when the funds would be transferred, to which she said “already transferred”. I expected better service like what I experienced with other branches. I should’ve just gone back to my usual AMK branch.
