Appreciate the fact that HSBC is not as crowded as local banks, so queue time is minimal for over-the-counter transactions. It's a good location nestled within good eateries in the area.

Special thanks to Pauline and Andrew from Premier Relationship Team who went the extra mile to help me and my husband. Both of them worked past their working hours to help us set up a HSBC account. And they were very patient in answering our questions and solving our internet banking technical issues.

Lousy service, open account have to be 1 hour before closing. Even though I reach at 410pm, they will not make any exception despite traveling down after their online services don’t work. Terrible

Money stuck in CDM Serangoon garden and no update provided from the branch Disappointed with the service rendered. Already informed the counter service that My money is stuck in the cash deposit machine which I actually tried to sent to a scammer. So she told me they will match my face with the cctv and give me a call and will call me within a week. I even gave the police report with the scammer account number as requested but to no avail. They say they will call , but hsbc until didn’t call or bother to explain the next course of action. I don’t understand the need for police report when I actually requested for my money back from the machine that held my money. I even called the customer service hotline. I don’t know why it takes so long for a bank to identify an account involving in scamming or a scammer even when police is report is furnished. I would appreciate hsbc rep to update me on my issue. Thank you
