★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If uob decides to operate on Saturday, uob needs to allocate more staffs for counter services. I was there on Saturday at 130pm and they only had 2 counter staffs. Both of them were busy handling some credit card applications and it took very long for the queue number to jump. This is by far the least efficient UOB I've ever been. Avoid if possible.
