I started in Upfront Models as a model and when I got closer to the staff, I decided to join them as a staff. I love how family oriented they are and how they always make time to bond with their models. This is what compelled me to help grow with Upfront as a staff. To many more years.

It is quite strange to see the staff of Upfront Models writing positive feedback on their own Google Business Page, similar to how people are patting their own ass cheeks and self-praising their ugly mirror reflections. The problem here is the pedestal might be too high for you to reach out, lest to say, put yourself onto. Screen shots of each and every one of you has been taken. You cajole new models, sometimes as young as 20 years old, into signing a 5-years exclusivity bond with you, earning commissions from whatever modelling assignments they are taking for the next 5 years. 5 years period is a hellish long time and many models who eventually realise the dark side of an exclusivity contract are unable to terminate the bond with you. Whatever photography and training costs you have initially borne simply do not justify the profits you are taking over the 5-years period. We do not see the fairness in such a business model. Most seasoned models know best than to join your agency that demands 5-years exclusivity bond. Are you still sleeping and living in the yesteryear? It is time to wake up to the fact that majority of the best models are already freelancing in this current gig economy, instead of being tied onto a voracious company.

I honestly think the misconception of a "Best agency" these days is misconstrued with the fact that people have their preferences and for me, I've never once doubted the agency's capabilities. The amount of belief they had in me since day one and guidance I've received has no doubt made me feel certain. Looking back, it is now a decade having been with the agency since. I've never had any issues or discrepancies with the agency. Never questioned their professionalism, direction of the agency, or even the way I've been managed. 110% satisfied and it feels just like home. I couldn't been happier represented by anyone else.

Led by a director that always ensures maximum competence in their dealings, the Upfront team is one that is characterised by remarkable diligence and yet, incredible warmth. When I first encountered this enterprise, I felt that there was unforgettable mismatch between the office and the team. One would think that because the office environment seems to be so beautifully minimalistic and snazzy, the people from Upfront Models would be inaccessible. However, the director and his team exuded immense warmth and acceptance to everyone that I will never forget. :)

As a previous client of theirs (up till the point I left the industry), I have nothing but good things to say about the team and their models.
