Urban Company Singapore: Home Cleaning, Mobile Beauty Services, Aircon Servicing

I would like to share about my experience with their service. Booked my first service with this company this week, I was so disappointed with their cleaning service. I always wanted to try engaging someone up to help with cleaning at my house, which I did but when I engage this company for their service, the cleaner was unprofessional and had an attitude. She mopped hastily leaving some parts of the floor not mopped and did not even fold the clothes well. She was rude and even glared angrily at me when i told her that i needed her to help to try in removing some stains on my kitchen counter! At first when I saw everyone was giving such a great review that I did not believe the bad reviews that's why I proceed with the booking, but now with my experience with this company's service, I am very disappointed. I strongly, do not recommend to book their service because its a waste of your time and money to engage with such a horrible service. With nothing done properly, I had to redo everything myself after she was done!

The lady that cleaned my place was friendly and polite. She managed to do everything that was asked within the 4hrs. She seems experienced but I do need to tell her exactly what to clean in the toilet so that she won’t miss cleaning the walls. She was in a hurry so the window cleaning could’ve been better. I do love how easy it is to book via the app:)

This was one of the best finds I have ever come across. I was not able to leave my house recently due to illness and I wondered, do any nail salons in Singapore do home visits for a manicure / pedicure? Searched on Google and found this company. I was skeptical at first. But, I really had no choice. The girl that came from UC, was polite, professional, and had all the tools to make all my nails look amazing. I had gels done, 3 weeks in, not a scratch or chip has occurred. Everything was done as it would be at a salon, but, in the comfort of my own home. Finally, the price - it was 50% cheaper than any salon I have ever gone to in Singapore for gels. Coming in at around $85 (I usually pay around for $175). These guys are a sure bet and I will be a loyal customer. Can not wait to do this with my daughter. Being forced into buying a package? Get these guys instead.

I have been using urban company’s service twice and it has not been disappointing at all! The professional cleaner they sent me was great. She always turns up early and does a thorough cleaning when instructed. Just simple instructions given and she will go the extra mile. My place will be as clean as new. I can see the difference before and after the cleaning. I love how detailed the professional is. They are definitely trained well! I am amazed and will continue with Urban Company’s cleaning services. Super impressed indeed. Thank you!

Very convenient when it work... But: - The app is full of bugs (their database never updated my last mobile number despite I changed all available fields, I'm developer myself so I think I'm quit tech-friendly user and issue on their side). - "Professionals" cancel less than one hour before the scheduled time without any call/message (happened multiple times). If you do the same as customer you are charged, but seems OK for them to block your day for nothing without any justification. - Support is the typical totally useless call-center I enjoyed the idea of their app, but I'm just waiting to finish my already paid credits before going back to traditional call to professional myself in regards of all those issues

I did my manicure and pedicure on-demand service and I love how professional Michelle was. She was really efficient, painted my nails very well. Also, I love how they sanitize their things and provide disposables for hygiene purpose especially in this times. I highly recommend Urban Company for their services for people who needs on-demand services or maybe a pamper-me session after a long day with the kids/at work. It is convenient as they come to your house to deliver the service and they have all the materials needed so you don't have to prepare anything.

I used Urban Company once for apartment cleaning and once for a home massage. I was very satisfied both the times. The cleaning professional was just excellent and I think my apartment has never been cleaner. She came with her own set of chemicals and cleaning agents to use in the apartment. The massage also while good, could be slightly better. The masseuse came with her own massage bed, diffuser, and even music! The basic diffuser scent is lavender but you can top up through the app for any other essential oil. She converted my apt into a mini spa, without me having to leave the home. Highly recommend Urban Company.

Tried out the full home cleaning service for the first time today and was so impressed by the thoroughness and attention to detail. The assigned cleaner was very easy to work with and did not require much supervision. I really appreciate that she places everything that she cleans back in their original position. She was also very kind in sharing tips on how to remove stubborn stains and glue marks from post-renovation work. I have been trying out the cleaning services of different companies and I’m so pleased with today’s service that I‘ll be returning customer for sure. Saw a couple of the not so positive reviews here and wanted to share my experience to encourage Urban Company to keep up the good work. Would be keen to try out your other services in future too.
