The eye massager was also a plus point , i use it together with the massage chair before sleep and it really help with the relaxation from top to the calves. The staff were patient in explaining the products and no hard selling were involved. All the sharing were not exaggerating and what they shared is what you will expect. After sales service was also commendable, as I am a first time buyer of massage chair, the boss, Andrew, was responsive to my msg. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a affordable massage chair and great service!

After 2 weeks of using Urban Reserve massage chair, my honest feedback is that... I do not have regret with my decision. My wife and myself almost use it once every 2 days and reduces our “wants” to visit our spa massage. Nonetheless, I will happy if this Urban Reserve massage chair was designed to include foot massage and allows manual massage for calf. Overall, I’m proud of myself to have this best buy for myself and even for my dad.

It's zero wall feature is great for people who want a chair with a small footprint, but can still deliver a quality massage experience. It is an 'entry-level chair', but the deep and comforting massage it delivers is totally worth every dollar for someone who wants to have access to a slim, aesthetic and comfortable massage chair for their everyday use. My parents use it every day now!

The chair is superb, affordable and very compact and the size is just nice for any household. Eventhou its compact but it still serve the same purpose as the orher well-known company and which ia more bulky. So why need a bulky one when you can have a compact one at home. Very satisfying and recommendable. The color also can easily match any home. Highly recomendable..!! And the pŕice is very affordable..!!
