Great place to be. Incredibly near the mrt station. Very nice environment and facilities. Peaceful and quiet. Place on its own. Mgmt changed and is very efficient now. Great job!

Wheel got clamped here! Security guard did not issue a condo parking slip paper when going in around 8.55pm/9pm , and then later our wheel got clamped because of that, even though we parked at the visitor car park. We did not even know that we needed a visitor slip because they did not issue it to us, and just let us in even though we told them that we are visiting our friends here. In the end we had to pay a fee of $267 …even called the police couldn’t do anything about it because it was private property under the law. We emailed in our car dash cam clips showing the security letting us in. Another couple whom we don’t know was also there disputing their vehicle being wrongfully clamped! Have been dealing with condo management for three weeks already and this has not been resolved yet. Beware of parking here!

Extremely bad and rude management. And the security guards are even worse. There are also issues with the maintenance of the condos e.g missing tiles. Always having a consistently bad experience with the management and security.

Came once to deliver pizza and was told to park outside and walk in. Wasted so much time and also took the unnecessary risk of getting a summon parking outside while walking in to deliver. Totally not worth it. Since then, I banned this condo when comes to delivery.

Private condo that was completed in 2017, this condo is connected to Tanah Merah MRT station via a covered walkway that brings you to the sidegate. There is a mini mart inside the condo and facilities are separated into 2 segments. Very popular with tenants as it's near to transportation and close to changi business park.

Nice and convenient place to stay. 3 Mins walk to Tanah Merah MRT and Bus stop. 2 stop to Changi Airport, Tampines Mall and 1 stop to Bedok Mall. 10 to 15 mins walk to Giant, NTUC Fairprice, Market 85(Fengshan), market 58, MarketPlace. Good and well maintained facilities. 2 swimming pool, BBQ pit, Sauna and Jacuzzi, Tennis court etc.etc..efficient Mgmt. Pizza and convenient shop within the condo. Safe and not noisy

1. Inflexible Security - Bijaya and Jeff There was once where my wife and I got to drive my family car for the day on a Friday and we decided to park 1 day overnight in our carpark. The security called at 12 midnight and asked us to shift our car outside of the condo. We explained to them our circumstances and that it is just for a night but they insist that we shift or we talk to the management. When we asked to talk to the management which they says they are only on weekdays from 9am. So we had no choice but to shift our car to a nearby hdb carpark at 1am. Note: the carpark is usually about 25% - 40% occupied. 2. Poor maintenance of common facilities It is common to see missing floor tiles on the floor and cordon cones around the condo. Maybe thetly were trying to fix it all at one go but it has been 6 months since I moved in and not one was fixed yet. 3. Management office hours Their management office opens on weekdays office hours. So doing admin work is really a hassle u less you take leave. They do not have a contingency plan or give any authority to the security for own judgement so everything that happens over the weekends, we can only wait until Monday 9am earliest.

I strongly recommend Honey Chan as your property consultant as she is not only professional, she goes the extra mile in her service to her clients. Honey is not a one-off sale/rent kind of Property agent where once the transaction is done , you don’t hear from her anymore. As her landlord, she takes the interest of my property seriously, giving good advice and suggesting how to increase the value of my property with nice little work done here and there which made a huge difference. With that, it was a one view one close for my condo. She even helped to recommend and source for materials , trusted handyman and sometimes even rolling up her sleeves to get the work done (check photos). I am really grateful to Honey for her great and professional service. Highly recommended!
