The doctors and staff are really helpful and efficient with the implementation of the PCR and Serology cert. They are also very well informed of the registration and process of the pre-departure report. Thank them so much for being so kind with my PCR and Serology report! Thanks to them, I'll be able to travel to China successfully and peacefully :) Definitely will recommend UCC to my family and friends

My 6 year old got a large splinter deep in the sole of his foot. I was keen to avoid hospital A&Es so I called the UCC and they said to come straight over. When we arrived the receptionist was expecting us. Dr Diana came out immediately and put my son at ease. The clinic is really modern and clean. It is well set-up with TVs in the consultation rooms for kids to watch their choice of cartoons (a much needed distraction technique). Dr Diana was great at talking me through the various treatment options and how she was going to deal with it. As a paediatric specialist, she was amazing with my son. They ended up needing to remove the splinter under local anaesthetic. This required an injection and a bit of a procedure. It was all expertly handled by the clinic team with minimal fuss and only few tears from my son. Billing was straight forward and good value and my son was happy to leave with a lollipop :) I can't praise the team enough. I have already recommended the Urgent Care Clinic to friends. Thanks UCC and Dr Diana!

If i can give 0 star for the service of the auntie chinese lady in the counter i would. Very very rude and unaccomodating. Dont offer services you are not willing to do. Please watch your cctv and see how your rude staff talk to your patients.

Very professional Doctor & Staff when i visited for Pre-departure PCR test without an appointment. The place is sanitized before every PCR. 100% recommend this place for ART,PCR and other services. The report required a name correction later in the evening and they handled it very quick. Their response on whatsapp is just awesome.

Dr Cheah is not only an amazing person, but also an amazing doctor with expert knowledge. Had a belly button infection/bleeding that won't go away and the referral from the polyclinic takes way too long. So, I decided to visit urgent care clinic and I did not make a mistake. They really took very good care of me for 2 weeks. Dr Cheah is super friendly, patient and a very good listener. I'm really fortunate to have met her. Thank you Dr Cheah, you really helped me out alot. Highly recommended! :)

I have been lucky enough to know best medical care in London and Singapore when required - this time instead of going to my nearest A&E hospital, I. decided to take my 82 year old mother here instead. So glad I did. - It was like having a truly private dedicated team looking after her with no wait time and really excellent and kind medical care. Can’t recommend Dr Cheah Si Oon and her team highly enough. They were excellent!

Professional doc and nurse even I was came here for Pre-departure PCR test. Nice environment and cleanliness, cozy place. Easy to assess from glass door directly of Park royal hotel. Have a pleasant visit here. God bless for my negative report of PCR and safe flight back home for my family aft long time.

In view of the over crowding situation at all the hospitals and A&E ,you need urgent medical attention but it’s not life threatening, here’s why you should consider visiting an urgent care clinic instead of the hospital’s accident and emergency room (A&E). But be mindful they will be considered as a private consult if you need to file your insurance claims . I visited the clinic close to 4.30 pm absolutely no crowd. The Doctors here are good and the x rays can be down much quicker than the hospitals of any private hospital . Kudos to such services available!
