★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience ? , the pickup drivers were rude and disrespectful. We were a group of 5 adults and an infant. We had planned a trip for 4 days to Singapore , we were just given the vouchers by the tour operators and no guidance at all , the pickup drivers turned up late for all the 3days as per the planned schedule , and the last day we were late by 10 mins for the airport drop our driver Just left without any notice, leaving us in a very difficult situation to handle. I will never do a tour with this agency again . Very disappointed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josco planned our trip wonderfully. The days were well planned and the entire itinerary was well researched. The transportation was good and the drivers were friendly and punctual especially Mr. Kader, Mr. Arun and Mr. Siva.
The hotel and it's location was very good and the entire experience was seamless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all satisfied with the performance of the company.Made us wait for at least one hour at the Singapore airport and the driver was found with the pla card at the place told.
Only one out of 4 drivers provided to me was very good owing to whom they deserve a rating of 2 /5.
No guidance provided at places like Santosa and Universal studios.You are left alone for the whole day to wander here and there.
Most horrifying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Singapore tour was arrangedd in an organized and proper manner. Everybody whom we met and communicated with, were very helpful specially the driver Khader, he was so helpfull.
It was easy to interpret and follow the instructions of the tour guide/driver. Overall, it was a good experience and deserves appreciation !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a good experience with Josco during our trip to Singapore in Dec 2019. We were a family of 7 with a customized package. Much of the credit perhaps goes to our guide Mr. Lee who guided us really well. He not only introduced us to the places which we visited but also shared a ton of interesting anecdotes. He was accommodative of our needs as well. Lastly, he managed the arrival / departure to each venue very well along with the Josco co-ordinators allowing us to enjoy our holiday peacefully. Thank you team Josco!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our return trip from USA, we had a stop over for eight days in Singapore. I had done my hotel booking and cab pick up for all the days before leaving from India. On each day, JOSCO driver and van were very punctual both to and fro from our hotel. Also each day we were informed on WhatsApp about the timings, drivers name and telephone number which was very helpful. I am fully satisfied and would avail of their services and wholeheartedly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Senthil and his team ensured that our time spent in Singapore was fun and comfortable. Our hotel's location allowed us to reach major attractions inside an hour's time. The Little India corner and it's numerous Indian restaurants were within walking distance too. The itinerary planned for us was fun yet relaxed, the drivers were helpful and knowledgeable. The only grouse I had was that my hotel didn't offer much for vegetarians. A great trip nevertheless.
