★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we stayed in could use a good cleaning. I found stains on two walls and the bathroom was not cleaned well on a daily basis. Also the walls are thin and you can hear the other guest come and go at all hours.
This is budget hotel so you get what you pay for. However there are other hotels in this price range that offer better cleanliness. The location was good and they offered a free shuttle to Novena MRT. I didn't use the shuttle so I cannot comment on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a phenomenal stay at value nice hotel. Location is in novena, very close to Whampoa Hawker Centre and right next to most bus stops. The bed was made every afternoon and the hotel itself was very clean. If you're looking for a budget hotel that still has the niceties of upscale hotels, this is a great option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was really a good stay considering that it is a budget hotel. Rooms were a little small but is definitely worth it is considerably cheap compared to other hotels in Singapore!! Most importantly, it is near to public transport and this really helps a lot in terms of accessibility!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inexpensive, extremely clean hotel with a terrific location. Bus stops literally in front of the hotel. There's a 24-hour convenience store next to the hotel, and several restaurants a 1 minute walk away. The hotel room is very small, but what do you expect in Singapore at this terrific price? The room is comfortable, the WiFi is fast, and it was very clean. Only downsides? No mini-fridge and the bathroom is so small that there's not a separate shower area, so after a shower the floor is wet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel represents itself. The way their staff communicates and their reaction, it is very inappropriate. Room keeping is never done on time and i should always contact the reception and they postpone for a day more.
