Very rude and unhelpful after sales service. Did not try to solve my problem at all. If they are not going to support the products they sell, they do not deserve to be in business. Buy from someone else.

I m glad that Mr Chin served me for my new house accessories. The price is reasonable and I really like their products. A lot of choices from electrical to sanitary products. Even some products not in the showroom he will also help me to Check and contact At their end just to find for me. Highly recommended to all. Especially Mr Chin service. Thank u ?

I was referred to this shop by my ID. Of course I knew they would take a cut but I still decided to make my purchases here. What I wanted was quality stuff that would last so that I don't have to replace my bathroom or kitchen accessories too frequently. In the last 12 months or so, I had to have my LED lights replaced several times. My bathroom accessories which are of matt finish and for which I paid a premium, are not of a quality I expected. The toilet bowl flush was also imperfect, it malfunctioned at times. Thank goodness, the aftersale service was good. They usually replaced the lightings with no questions asked. They also replaced my shower hose which broke after just a few uses. The salesperson was rather impersonal. She usually dealt with us mechanically. The drivers who did the delivery and replacement were polite and pleasant though. Overall, I would say the quality of the products are average. Luckily their aftersale policy is good. The prices are higher than other shops.

Introduced by our contractor back then (ugh) to this place. Things are pricey, and not the best quality to be honest, half year into using. I don’t recommend at all.

Recommended by friend and I am glad that I went down! Was lost with so many shops and even online platforms to get the stuff for my renovation. But Chin from Lookz has been a great help and patient to give advice and share the pros and cons of each models. Really appreciate his good service and will recommend Lookz to anyone that needs lights, bathroom items, kitchen sink etc. for renovation. Do call to fix appointment before going down. =)

Beware of the "promotion" items sold by this shop! I was referred to this shop by the interior designer and bought many items including the hood, kitchen sink, hob, bath mixer, water faucet, etc. However, after a while, I noticed some design defects in the toilet bowls and the water faucet (all of which are from the same brand): The two toilet bowls were supposed to be of the same model, but one has a smaller/narrower hole than the other; The two water faucets were also supposed to be of the same model, but one is very tilted to the left, while the other generally looked straight. I asked the salesperson, Irene Yew, for the reason for such design defects. Her attitude was arrogant and unacceptable: "We sell all nobody complain it , only u". Wow, are you sure? Upon checking this shop's Google page, I am surprised by the other dissatisfied customers' experiences. Irene's reasoning for the different toilet bowl sizes is "WC is handmade one all brand will have size a bit different". Wow, "handmade"? Is the toilet bowl a piece of art? When asked whether the water faucet was also "handmade", Irene refused to provide any reasoning, and blamed me for surfacing this issue "a few months later". But shouldn't the shop/supplier have made sure they shipped out the correct, non-defective items in the first place? How long does Irene expect the customer to take to notice such design defects when she had failed to inform customers about them in the first place? The above-mentioned design defects may not be very noticeable unless you pay attention to details. Had I known the new toilet bowls and water faucets would have such design defects, I would not have spent more than $900 to replace them in the first place. Sure, the toilet bowls were sold at "promotional" prices - but customers shouldn't have to live with these design defects just because they paid a "promotional" price. I also repeatedly asked to speak to Irene's boss for feedback, but she only gave the supplier company's number. Hence, I have no choice but to post my feedback here. Utterly disappointing shopping experience. ----- Edit 17 March 2021: After a lengthy negotiation process that lasted for about 1.5 months (during which one of their employees even blocked my number), I decided to exercise flexibility and both parties finally reached a somewhat acceptable resolution. Lookz Pte Ltd replaced the water taps with design defects. As for the toilet bowls, they refused to replace them as it's "very troublesome", and refunded 25% of the price instead. While I appreciate their cooperation, this episode would have been avoided had they paid more attention to eliminate design defects in the first place.

The after-sale service by Irene was excellent. I have problem in changing the toilet bowl cover (I bought my bathroom stuff from her 4 years ago) and I tried my luck by texting her for help. Her response was almost immediate and not only that, she sent me a video to guide me on how to have it changed. Initially, I told myself that changing toilet bowl cover is an easy DIY, just buy the replacement online. When it arrived, I have problem figuring out how it should be done. I was so happy that Irene was able to help me remotely. Heartfelt appreciation.
