The service at Value Hub store at Blk 846 Yishun Ring Road should be the worst customer service in Singapore. I’ve never encountered anyone worse than them. If there is zero star for this review I will go for it. The super black faces sales people whether young or old, are the same. It seems like they are giving away free to the customers. They should just close their business if they are so unhappy with what they are doing.

Bad company policy to only allow Paylah for value above $5, what kind of policy is this??? I don't think the bank charges any transaction fee for Paylah, why are you implementing this policy and causing inconvenience to customers? Wanted to buy something below $5 but was denied and forced to buy more stuff to hit that $5 in order to use Paylah.

Service and all staff attitude@Value hub Marsiling Mall 2nd level are horrible!!! Swear I won’t go back again. Product issue but the female cashier insisted no problem and that the faulty mechanism sound was very soft and not an issue until I challenged her to test right away at the cashier area in the presence of all other customers, the faulty sound came back again. She still believe it’s not an issue and reluctantly allowed an exchange. A petite male staff blamed me for removing the product label/sticker and kept harping on the product label/sticker being removed when my purchase is still within 7 days (exchangeable period). A 3rd male staff came into the picture when I demand a refund since the new piece they exchanging for me also have the same mechanism problem. He argued that refund not possible unless refund was on day of purchase. Question is, how would anyone know the item is faulty until he or she use it? Their reasonings are so absurd and nonsensical!!!!!
