OneDoctors Family Clinic (Yishun) - 846 Yishun Ring Rd

Trash clinic. Waited extremely long, close to 2h+. Shld come up with a system that notifies patient via SMS or phone call when their turn is coming up.

This clinic gave me the worse experience and no wonder its a 3 star clinic , basically I was referred to do ART and Swab test there when I was just about to give my referral paper the Chinese lady already rolled her eyes and sigh , the way she talked to me was very rude . Then i just asked to sit inside the clinic because I was very ill and my hands a shaking and numb , feel like I want to pass out. After they let me sit , the Chinese lady said ‘ not only you sick what ? Other people also sick’ to her college. What is this ugly attitude? Isn’t it her job as a nurse and frontliners to check up on us ? I was feeling like I want to faint and they didn’t care. Luckily the indian lady was not that toxic. This complaint is for her to reflect her actions and not do it again please and I hope she change . If not I’m worried about other patients that is going there. I know its late but with that attitude, i can become more sick and I’ll blame her.

If you close at 9pm then you should update your website, Google AND also when people call to check if there is a doctor in or not. Confirmed doctor was in but didn't state they were closing at 9pm today. NOWHERE STATES. Wasted all of my private transport money and energy. So unprofessional.

so far one doctors is the best clinic in yishun. the medication they give always works for my family. not like those clinic only want to earn money but can't help or listen to patients only want to faster get next patients.. they are the best

My father tested C+ using ART so I brought him to oneDoctors family clinic at khatib. They were actually closed for registration but I asked them for exception as my father is over 70yo n the nurse and doctor were really kind to agree. Doctor is really patient to check n explain to my father on his condition. The nurses there are also v friendly and helpful and also advise me to bring my father to A&E if his condition get worst.

Went at 4+pm on a Friday. Only 1 doctor was in. Despite only having 4 patients before me, still waited over an hour... Then waited another 15 mins for medication. Total bill came out to 60$+. A 5 min consult cost me $30 before GST which is ridiculous. Only saving grace is that the doctor is nice.

Domestic Violence Case. If I could give a hundred stars to the doctor, I would. Visiting Doctor Dr. Patrick Ee handled the situation delicately with professionalism, care, intellect, concern, and after-care. Not only did he treat the immediate problem, he also gave advice for what is going to happen in a few days and what to watch out for in weeks to come. Diagnosis was on point and accurate. However the experience was marred by the front desk counter staff. Instead of quickly dispensing my medicine and letter to the emergency department, they left these at the counter while they played around and laughed. Only when I indicated my displeasure and urgency, did she decide to perform her duty. When I asked for the doctor’s name so I can write a good review for him, she refused to give it and said he’s just a visiting doctor. Well, too bad he’s only visiting because he’s the only person who could’ve saved the clinic. I would like to know which clinic he is regularly at so he can be my family doctor.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for a number of years now and I have to say that they’re really professional. The service of the doctors are really tip top. There’s always a long queue outside the clinic and I’m pretty sure that most of them come back because they trust the doctors fully.
