Based on my personal experience from various motorbike shop, from the moment i arrive, i was welcomed by the boss in the most friendliest way. Making me feel so welcomed and not shy to voice out my need to choose a bike. And the boss (Alex) even recommended me a bike that suits me and within my budget. And importantly, he was transparent about the price and all. Secondly, updated me every now and then until the bike was handed over to me. Lastly, kept his promise to deliver the bike on time. Even though it was rushing for him despite handling all by himself and his wife and having to handle alot of customers. Value hub motor, the place where i will definitely recommend to my friends and to anyone who asks me where to buy a bike. Try it to believe it... :)

I’m a new rider, he patiently explained the types of bike and I got to try sitting on different bikes. The payment process was quick and easy, no hidden cost, everything is in black and white. Overall, the service is top notch. Highly recommended for new riders.
