No hard sell nor exorbitant prices unlike some other lighting shops. The shop also sells curtain and blinds that are reasonably priced. Did everything with them for the convenience ????

Jon again impressed me just now with his professionalism by giving me online instructions on how to replace a blown recessed downlight, with quick response & answers to my questions. Despite his busy schedule during the festive season, Jon helped and refused to charge when I wanted to pay. I am grateful and highly recommend Jon and Value Lights!

Had a problem with my fan light and boss assisted me in finding a replacement panel at a fraction of the cost of the original. Also bought lights for my apartment from them. Great customer service.
