★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False promises . Showed us a different product and we ended up with a different product. Mattress is so bad that every morning I end up with a back & neck pain, they false promised the additional 2 inch on top of 10’ inch will be medium firm and good quality. Don’t buy from them.
