I am always greeted by the warmth, friendliness and cheery smiles of Connie, Kelly and their team of wonderful colleagues who are service oriented, patient and meticulous. β β β β β Since my only daughter attended tuition in United Square, I have been with Vanity Room as their regular customer for nearly 10 years ! Now, my daughter has grown as young adult, and is joining me for this grooming service too :) The team (all pleasant ladies) provides excellent personalized service and we felt very comfortable with them. This place is also very clean and well-kept.

β β β β β My workplace was at United Square more than 15 years ago and I am a loyal client of Vanity Room since then. Even my workplace has changed, I am still patronizing Vanity Room for my manicure and pedicure. Why still with Vanity Room? Reason - service excellent and boss (Connie) and staff (Kelly) very friendly and caring. Most important is no hard selling of products.

β β β β β My mum and I have been coming here at least once a month for more than 10 years!!! Connie & Kelly have been taking care our manicures and pedicures whereas Yuriko does fantastic nail arts for me, every time!! They don't hard-sell their products/packages and they are always on schedule. We have never had to wait, as long as we come on time for our appointments. Most of the staff are more comfortable communicating in Chinese, so some people may misunderstood and think that they are not friendly. But they are wrong!! The staff are so sweet and accommodating!! My mum and I can't speak Chinese, but I don't have any problem communicating with them! Thank you, Connie, Kelly & Yuriko for giving me pretty nails!
