I went to Pixie nail spa Novena, i do like their service and the way of conversation.. But, i am wondering why there is a child who is making noise and the mother was shouting her child as well!!!! The reason i been here is because i wish to rest and enjoy , But both of them really made me annoyed and TOTALLY break my mood! ! Worest experienced ever!!

Bad attitude staffs. The staff was super rude if the customer is from fave voucher. 嘴臉非常明顯。apparently the company didn’t educate them how to do good customer service.

Got nails painted by Lisa, a rather friendly lady. Made my session extremely comfortable. She is meticulous with the work too, overall a great experience. Will definitely return again with my little one the next round!

it was my first experience doing manicure and pedicure for myself. I was served by Lisa who provided excellent service who make the experience and money spent worthwhile. All the staff are so bubbly that they don't make me feel awkward at all which is something i didn't expect at all. Definitely coming back again.

If you read through the previous bad reviews of this outlet and think that perhaps they provided bad service to some as they used the Fave voucher, it isn’t true. They just provide bad service in general. If you’re hoping for a quiet and relaxing pedicure/manicure - one which you can help you wind down, you are unlikely to do so in this nail salon. The nail technicians were chatting incessantly throughout the whole process; about the customers who did not arrive for their appointment, or how they wanted to speed or prolong certain treatments. Not only that, the cushion that was handed to me was stained (see photograph below). The towels used were also faded and had holes (I didn’t managed to snap a photograph of that). Given that there are plenty of alternatives around, you’ll definitely have a better chance of cleaner towels, cushions and good service elsewhere.
