M	Michelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polish is situated in a high traffic corner and generally gets quite busy. Polish attract customers with a lower price point with the approach of upsells and average lasting nails to make customers come back (on average every 3 weeks). My recent visit to Polish was rather disappointing. Most places includes hard gel overlay (within Gelish Mani within its price) upon request. Nails can last 6-8 weeks. At Polish, Gelish Mani lasts for 3 weeks. Gel overlay is an additional $60 of its Gelish Mani price of $65. For a total of $125, you would expect top quality and nicely done nails. In less than a week, my nails chipped! I had to go back to get it repaired. Subsequently, the wrong Colour shade was replaced! Needless to say, I won't be a repeat customer of Polish... overpriced and lack of attention to detail...

Everytime I go somewhere else my nails are screwed up but they are always great at Polish. I get Gelish Mani and a regular Pedi. The Gelish Mani lasts for 3-4 weeks (depending on how much I am in the water). I love that they barely do any upselling (they only ask you if you want a scrub or quick dry but nothing else) and I like that their girls don't change very often. May, who usually does my nails has been there ever since I have been going there (and much longer).
M	Megan Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my first time here - did express mani. was served by a very nice and patient lady (unfortunately i forgot to ask for her name). she was helpful in letting me try on several different colours before i finally selected the ones i wanted, and she did a good job with the mani. strongly recommend this place! :)

Also feels good that the staff are the same since I've been coming here for three years or so - tells me that staff are quite pleased working here.

Was not able to delivery the colour that I've choosed from their chart, n yet she continued anyways until the end. If I was told earlier that you can't delivery the colour that I want from the nail chart I would have chosen another colour that you can delivery. Waste of my time!

As what other reviews said, no hard selling at all, fast, neat and efficient work, the place is clean! The staff is friendly as well. Most importantly, reasonable price. About same price with those nail parlour at Bugis / Far east but at much cozier and clean environment.
