★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van's shop are usually one of the best places to get your kicks or sneakers. Staff is always friendly and helpful towards their customers and service is always top notch. Unlike many other shoe brands, retail staff take the time to know what you like and will reccomend you shoes based on your preferences/opinions. Price wise it may be affordable and pricey to most depending if you understand what vans shoes are about but as for myself i have owned a couple of vans shoes & i can honestly tell you they last quite awhile & definitely longer than most shoes that i spent way much more than on van's and it's impressive. They will never run out of design trends as every shoe they make is dedicated to people who understands art or just wants to show the shoe around. Definitely would recommend getting a pair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Staff are not welcoming at all and not helpful. Stand at the cashier area which quite far from me when I step in the store. Only when I want to purchase it then they slightly better in service. Once I got home I found the sneaker that I bought as a gift are defected and wrong size. So my friend plan to do an exchange at the same store today. The sales person said that size 46 was sold when he is at the store, ask him to go to ion and they have size 46. They legit not helpful at all, never offer to call ion whether can keep the pair of shoes! End up ion don’t have it at all, only in size 45! Thank you for giving such a poor service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adil was great! I asked him about checkerboard slip-ons because there were a few models I saw online. Then, he explained there were actually 6 models and explained all of them to me. I tried on 4 pairs and took a bit of time to decide but he and his colleague were very patient and encouraging. It was a great shopping experience!
