★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have nice puffs and cake. Today I went to buy some puffs, asked for chicken pie and the auntie who served me took tuna puff instead. I didn’t know and proceed to pay. My girl told me she think she saw the auntie took the wrong one for me so I double check with the auntie. She was rude and insisted I told her tuna puff instead of chicken pie. Even my girl heard I told her I wanted chicken pie. She could have just change it for me but instead she refused to admit she took the wrong one and tried to agrue with me. I’m not going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polar sells vouchers for sales that they are not able to fulfill. Substitution not allowed despite their inability to fulfill their end of the transaction.
Customer service is unresponsive. Short term thinking by management. Took a few dollars from each customer just so they can earn a quick bad reputation and future sales. Boycott!!
