β β β β β If I could give 0 stars, I would. My bf and me both wearing birkenstock walked in wanting to change to new ones.. the 2 sales girls were busy chatting and refuse to serve us. When I check with them on the stock, one of them just replied no stocks then back to chatting. I think the birkenstock we are wearing might be fake or we are not well dressed enough. Such rude service for retail is quite a surprised for me! U tell me retail is doing bad due to covid.. do u even bother to treasure customers in the first place?
