★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the shop at hillion mall on 7/9/19 at about 9.15pm , after purchasing some hair colour and moisturiser, I wanted to update my points at Hillion mall.
The girl in glasses told me that it was updated but I could not hear or see anything on my phone .
I asked her , she rudely replied .. internet also not so fast ... I stepped out of the shop and overheard her telling her non chinese looking colleague
A loud “CRAZY!.... “ and some other adjectives
I turned back and asked her what’s the contact of the manager , without confronting her that I actually heard her scolding me
I hope your management could take this feedback very seriously and coach your staff at the shop that a crazy person would not have patronised your Shops

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bottle of MONSOON shampoo from Tampines outlet. It turn yellowish and funny smell. I went to COMPASS ONE Outlet asked for exchange. They don't wanted to change for me. Who will keeps the receipt just for a bottle of SHAMPOO..!!
If the products going to expire soon.. they shouldn't have put on shelf..
