If you do not respond by tomorrow, I will file a report with my bank to cancel my payment to you.

This is not a service problem. But a staff problem.
If you guys are thinking of wanting to work at venus, especially JEM outlet AND if you're a minor not yet age 18. Please think twice.
Staff are desperate for commissions and is a total bully there.
Inlcuding the supervisor there for your information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought Cetaphil facial cleanser product and realised it was FAKE as the colour of the product is very different from the original and there is this strong powdery smell from the facial cleanser, the original facial cleanser will not have such smell as they stated that it product contains no fragrance. Been using Cetaphil products for years and this is really shocking to me. Avoid if possible, no point saving a few bucks for low quality products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love to shop my toiletries at Venus.. you can get almost anything at a good price.. my favorite item is the the rice soft scrub... don't think I can find this products in Watson or Guardian. Shop at VENUS especially women who love to pamper themselves and at affordable budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of this outlet have poor product knowledge and somewhat impatient. So my wife and I needed time to look through a range of skincare products ourselves to find out more information on the item we were considering to buy. Not sure if this is the reason why we felt we were watched closely like shoplifters. We've never felt this way with other Venus outlets we've visited in the past. Will think twice about visiting this outlet again.
