Came across this website on Instagram. Bought from them a few times and the products are genuine. Packages came with sweet handwritten notes and free gifts too! Will definitely recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. Through a corporate sale, I ordered SK-II as a birthday gift for my mum. They replied a few days later saying they have somehow missed my order and I should "not worry" as there will be another corporate sale (don't know when perhaps in a few months, year?). But this put me in a troublesome spot. I asked them why can't they simply process my order since they have already identified that they missed it. That seems common sense to me. No reply from them. No reply after another follow up email. Strongly do not recommend as they are not a trustworthy business and have no integrity to their customers.

Bought some skincare products from their website recently. Pretty satisfied with my purchase! Checked product code with the cosmetic calculator, all of them have at least 2-3 years of shelf-life left. Looks genuine too. Will buy more in future, the price is good.

Received a voucher on this online store and bought something from them. Delivery is fast, around 2-3 days. Well packed, with a lovely thank you card. They have a physical warehouse and office here. Can try. Thanks

I bought a box of mask from viimart on 12 June 2021 but when I received the product, the expiry date of the mask is showing 24 November 2019. The product is expired more than 1 year ago!! I requested an explanation from viimart, but what they offer is to refund and arrange the said item to be collected back. That's all! For all the buyers, please make sure you check the expiry date when you receive the product to avoid the same bad experience as me. To Viimart, please ensure the items are not expired when you arrange for shipment!

Purchased from Australia. Fairly quick postage (took about a week) which is fairly quick. Products are genuine. My only critique is the packaging and it's always dependant on the carrier. I've completed two orders recently, first package had a damaged box (Thankfully the products were in one piece!) and the second being fine. Not fussed but I know there will be other customers who will be conscious about this. Customer support is quick to respond and very helpful with queries. The products are reasonably priced.

I had large pores and blackheads. After trying this product for 2 months, it definitely helped clean my pores and now blackheads are less visible. My skin is still improving and I hope it really does help to reduce my pores much more. I'll give it a try until I finish using this bottle, then I'll come back and leave a review once again to share the effect! So far so good, loving this product.

I ordered the ordinary aha from them. Received a bunch of counterfeits. Company looks legit but sells counterfeits. Tried contacting the CS via live chat but was asked to send them email. Called their hotline but no one answers the calls. CS claimed they off work at 1pm on 24 Dec and to try calling again on 28 Dec 2020. Forgot to mentioned the CS closed my chat multiple times to stop me from chatting them for resolution. Once the CS closes my chat, i am unable to send them anymore chats. I found my way around it by using another device/clearing cache". So everyone whom uses The ordinary AHA would know that the authentic version should NOT smell like baby powder. Also the printing on the fake boxes were so bad it's obvious it's fake. The real product does not have "blemishes" under the "Visibly targets" I have been trying to reach them ASAP so they could sort this out with me asap. But apparently selling counterfeits to them is no big deal. So i decided that if they don't care, i shouldn't care too and have made a police report.
