He even went the extra mile to arrange for a paint touch up the day before handling over (I itchy backside go and do another inspection). Kudos to him! Brandon provided the actual cost of the car with no hidden costs or nonsensical fees. Besides regularly updating us on the progress of the car, he gave us helpful insights and comparisons for considerations, never pushy. The whole buying process was smooth and fuss-free. Thumbs-up for securing the COE on the first bid! This definitely shows the honesty and excellent service of Vin's Auto.

I'm a genuine buyer which i bought my car there in May 2022 and the service was out of this world. Everything was updated in real time, great service and honest transaction. Price wise, I leave it to your own experience. I highly recommend this fellow and I will recommend my friends to him as well. β β β β β I was hesitant about booking with parallel importer, but I decided to give it a try with Vin's Automotive group.
I was served by Brandon, who was very customer oriented. After I sign the agreement, he followup closely with paperwork with constant updates. He was also confident of getting COE on first bid for me and he delivered the result as well!!
After COE secured, I am able to collect my car within a few days!! I didn't expect such a seamless and fast process from PI, after hearing so many horror stories about PI reported in news.
I will definitely recommend Brandon at Vin's Automotive to my friends who are looking to change car!!!
