Weekends can be quite packed and to get a desired watch you have to be willing to wait. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my Tudor black bay chrono there. The wait is quite short (about 4 months) given that the Tudor black bay chrono is a highly desired piece. I have waited from the hour glass and cortina watch but they have not yet get back to me. A good place to go for a speedy hands on a limited Tudor watch.
However, the service level is nonetheless poor comparing with the hour glass and cortina. No gloves and meticulous care when handling the watch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place and take your business elsewhere. Wanted to do a simple servicing of watch here - something they are the so-called official retailer of. No greeting from service staff, no welcome, no chat whatsoever. Staff only opens mouth to inform that a charge is required, and quotes higher than what I found elsewhere for something so simple. Many thumbs down for the cold and uncaring treatment.
