★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to enquire and purchase a watch, and didn't mind paying the premium for the assurance from a boutique. The salesman was more than willing to oblige my request to try on the watch, but seemed rather unpleasant. No value-add, instead commenting that there was only 2 of that model left in the entirety of Singapore. Really off-putting, so I travelled an hour to my regular watch shop instead and got it for 500 dollars off sticker price instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had similar experience with a lady salesperson. I came in wanting to look at a certain model but it was out of stock. The lady did not seem to be interested in selling nor recommending other models. I went over to Tissot. Much better service. Ended up buying Tissot instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor salesmanship. Was there to check out a grand seiko model on 03 Feb 21. But had to ask the the lady to show me the watch and she was very unfriendly and was unwilling. Even raised her voice slightly when enquiring about the discount. Better to go to hour connection to purchase your watch. At least 10% cheaper than their discounted price and they would bother to serve and discuss about the watches rather than giving curt replies like "yes" or "no". You will see similar reviews below , so be warned.
