β β β β β The hotel interior is very nice and the receptionist were really sweet but the manager was really rude and unreasonable. Tried to negotiate with her due to some inconvenience and details not stated properly and professionally. When trying to reason the manager properly, she scoffed at me and brushed my question away. Really bad customer service and couldnβt spend our night well.

β β β β β My family booked to stay for 5 nights at Private Gardens King Room.
The pictures of the rooms posted online are very deceptive.
Our room looked as if it was still in the 1980s.
Musty smell from the old aircon units stank up the room.
Every part of the room was dilapidated or broken.
Mattress was filthy.
We were attacked by huge ANTS at night.
I woke up at night from feeling of ants crawling up my leg. my wife got bitten.
We called the front and asked if we could switch rooms.
They put us into a cheaper room but refused to reimburse us for the cost difference telling us to get reimbursed from booking agency instead.
For $200 per night we should have received better service.

β β β β β I stayed here for 1 night. When I arrived, there was quite a number of parking lots,
The room smells of mould when first entered, just open the windows and door to flush the smells out. Bedsheet was clean, bathroom was good. It has a bathtub. The tv was like from 2008 or something. The aircon and tv remote was almost out of batt. No hdmi port so cannot connect anything. The lifts where shaky with one light flickering. The pool needed a reservation to be used (one hour time slot, book it at the reception.). Overall pretty okay. Soundproof was good.. 169+tax for second floor 3 pple room. Pretty okie.

β β β β β Hotel has an unusual policy of $40/night for additional kid. No choice but to pay on check in. Even though we didnβt need any extra bed or toiletries!
Other than that room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and professional.

β β β β β I stayed in a deluxe Quadruple room which was very big and spacious. The photos on the booking websites e.g. Expedia are totally outdated. They reburbished the deluxe rooms so they all look really nice. Pool is great too. Only complaints are the bathroom does have a smell to it which is irks me. It may be coming from the drain. Water also leaks out from the glass shower door while showering which makes the floor wet. Breakfast was simple - juice, eggs, sausages and toast which I don't mind. Walking about 5 mins out there are small supermarkets and restaurants to eat as well.

β β β β β Hotel is in a reasonably good location. The lobby is reasonably sized. There is a pool but need to book ur slot as we are in pandemic times. The rooms are big and clean. The walls have some markings on them but not an issue unless you are OCD then got nothing to say. Lobby aircon is working but the sitting area while waiting which is usually the hotel restaurant(which was closed for service) the aircon is switch off so quite warm. Maybe hotel can consider switching the aircon on there as most guests are waiting there. Waiting for the rooms took an hour. So i suggest do come in earlier to be in the queue of waiting for ur room to be ready faster and earlier. It is a 3star Hotel but it was good. Lower the service expectations but otherwise its all good. This hotel is good for parties.

β β β β β The hotel room was dated, felt it was stuck in the 80s. Old decor, old furniture, 2000s yellow pages still in the room, smokey walkways, the pool was closed, low occupancy rate (eerie feeling), bedsheets were stained and the list goes on. We had a visitor, who would be there only for a few hours, and was asked to check in. And when the main guest arrived, he was not allowed to check-in due to the "max occupancy rate" of 2 pax. We were asked to pay $40 as they had a no visitors policy in an extensive ply deal. The receptionist, an Indian lady in her 60s was also not accommodating nor friendly. She talked in a very condescending tone and definitely made us feel like "we had to deal with it" as it was hotel policy. Would definitely never return nor recommend anyone to.

β β β β β I really love the rooms, it's very big for more than 8 people but there is still COVID. The breakfast there is very delicious and I hoped to go there again soon and even though it's very far it was a relaxing and very peaceful. Hopefully I can come to this hotel again.
