Staff at Virtus then claim that need to wait 3 weeks for australia to process..
Cant believe this...

β β β β β They might have edge technology in this field but their coordination is terrible: 1. Make appointment with doctor prior checking with patients' availability or check if has any preferred doctor/clinic , 2. Never send the report to clinic on time, only after I reached, clinic has to call Virtus asking for the report. Not very pleasant overall experience ?
