Only the profit interests them, no rigor or transparency in their approach, we must question them constantly about the process. Very tolerant of questions, the doctor was "nice", until the day when he was asked questions about the price and the procedure. The doctor is always in a hurry, never leaving time for questions or explanations, and will only receive you for 5 minutes without taking the time to explain the process and the medications you will need to take. In addition, she is always late from 30 min to 2h30, it seems like there is no organization. No prescription is ever delivered, we are given the medicines with the invoice without explaining the reason for each of them, any side effects, etc. We are also forced to buy their drugs, which are otherwise very expensive. The doctor has already "forgotten" to order important drugs because you never go out with a prescription from his office. We learn the test / blood results from the assistants, via What's app. The reception is not organized, not always pleasant and not very committed. When asked about the prescribed drug, no answer was given. We had to ask twice before obtaining an answer. On the balance sheet, they forget to give the results of the examinations, explain nothing about the process and the possible risks involved, but never forget to invoice. All is carried out in a completely chaotic process. We are now looking for another clinic.

Dr Loi’s warm and friendly personality never fails to put me at ease, despite the sensitive nature of gynae issues. Over the years, my gynae issues have become well-managed, all thanks to Dr Loi’s care.

I will advise against this place. Like what other negative comments said, only the profit interests them. They charged exorbitant fees and imposed unnecessary test before asking you, and sell you supplement that you might not need - I really can't accept. I also can't feel the dr's professionalism throughout the 5-min consultation, asked her about lining, she just brush me off without saying anything - we pay for the scan, why can't she at least measure and tell us how thick or thin is it? On a personal note, I felt she don't have sympathy to those who go through infertility issue, which is something that patient facing infertility commonly look for when seeking for reproductive medical assistance. She is quite "cold" and doesn't pose a friendly personality to me (maybe we look poor and she thinks we can't foot the bill). Queue time is crazy too, waited almost 2 hours just to see her for 5 mins and came out with almost 1k bill. I don't know why is there a need for them to differentiate and flag patient's type of residence on the bill (landed, condo or HDB). This is absurd and unnecessary. There are many other good doctors with lower price. just a money-minded clinic with no consideration on patient welfare.

Dr Kelly Loi is my third and likely last gynae! For over a year now that I’ve seen her for various issues, she’s always kind, professional and reassuring especially when I’m nervous or unsure. Will definitely continue seeing her when I eventually decide to start a family in the near future.

My husband and I got married later in life, so we decided to seek help from a fertility specialist this time round, especially since our first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. Dr Kelly Loi came highly recommended after months of unsuccessfully trying to conceive again. She was with us through every step of our fertility screening and medical investigations/treatments, and eventually even saw us through IVF, which we couldn’t have done without her support and encouragement (anyone who went through it, will know how physically and emotionally difficult it can be). Thanks to Dr Loi, we have finally have our little bundle of joy at last.

Dr Kelly Loi has been my obstetrician for my last two pregnancies and my gynaecologist for over 5 years already. She's very kind, trustworthy and above all compassionate towards her patient. Her staff is quite friendly as well.

My husband and I are so so thankful to Dr Loi for her unwavering support and sound advice throughout our IVF journey. Not only did we manage to conceive in the end, she even saw us through our risky pregnancy and delivered our baby girl! We feel incredibly blessed (especially given the odds), and this was only possible due to the care we received from Dr Loi and her team who helped us along the way.

My wife and I took our daughter to this clinic for her first gynae appointment. She was very nervous at first, but Dr Loi was so friendly and gentle-natured that she immediately felt at ease. Overall the experience was a pleasant one.
